Think healthy balance and good eats don't go hand and hand? I didn't either! Boy was I ever wrong. Here I will show you what I eat and how I maintain a semi healthy balance with out deprivation and craving for more.
It's hard to make this about me section snappy so I'll get straight to the point. I love food! I love to cook, love sharing with other people, my meals and I love the nutritional aspect involved in food. I love making smart choices and discretionary Fridays are my favorite! I admit I haven't always been the best of eaters, there was a time when French fries were my best friend. Nowa days I'm a bit more savvy,and aware when it comes to what I put in my body! Decided I sorta like this life thing and wanted to stick around as long as possible, so I made the decision to change my habits...necessarily not change just make a few minor alterations. To go along with my passion for food and nutrition I decided why and the hope to help others make better choices, and see that there are amazing foods that are great for ya, I came to the world of the blog, I am now a foodie blogger. ***Not a registered dietitian this is simply my own selections and thoughts and what has worked for me*** I have the tendency and LOVE to spread my ideas!
